The chains are available in 6 colors (see color chart in photos). Choose your color(s) from the 'mask chain color' drop down menu. If you would like multiple colors, choose the 'assorted' option and indicate which colors you would like in the personalization field. If no note is left with the assortment option chosen, you will receive an assortment of all colors.

The quote on the tags have the following: "it's a Boy!", plus 'Thank you for coming to'... personalized with a name and date or custom message.
Write the message or name/date and in the personalization field. Be sure write the text EXACTLY how you would like it printed on the card (spelling, capitalization,punctuation, etc)
